Michelle LaChapelle is an accomplished media, sports, and partnerships executive with more than two decades of experience leading revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and brand innovation across media, sports, and technology platforms.
Before joining the Miami Host Committee as Chief Commercial Officer, Michelle served as Vice President of Sales at Paramount Global / CBS News & Stations, where she directed a regional sales operation across linear, CTV, and digital platforms. During her tenure, she led high-impact partnerships and sponsorship integrations with major professional sports organizations.
In 2024, Michelle co-founded Chromatic AI Ratings, a consumer technology startup leveraging patented AI-driven content validation to improve trust in digital reviews and online ratings. Under her leadership, Chromatic was selected as an eMerge Americas Global Top 100 Startup
and earned placement in the Northeastern University Miami Innovation Academy.

Michelle earned her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota and holds certification from the IAB Digital Media Sales program (DMSC).
