The FIFA Word Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee is happy to partner with FIFA to deliver the FWC26 Local Impact Supplier Program™. Through the program, FIFA will identify, vet and select ready-to work local suppliers experienced in event production that can help bring the FIFA Fan Festival™ and other Miami Host Committee events to life.
We are seeking innovative local suppliers throughout South Florida that reflect the diversity of our business community to be included in the FWC26 Local Impact Supplier Guide that will be used for sourcing and procurement needs for World Cup 2026.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be a part of producing a global celebration, but it doesn’t stop there! The Miami Host Committee is committed to ensuring local businesses are equipped to compete for similar large-scale event opportunities coming to our area beyond World Cup 2026.

RFP - Insurance Broker of Record
SCOPE OF WORK
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for insurance broker selection only. The proposer is not authorized to approach any market on the Host Committee’s behalf, without the Host Committee’s prior written authorization.
Secure Insurance Requirements
The selected insurance broker shall use its best efforts to assist and secure for the benefit of the Host Committee, by no later than September 1, 2025, various insurance coverages including, but not limited to, comprehensive commercial general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance, media liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, employers’ liability insurance, cyber insurance and active assailant-active shooter and intruder coverage and all other coverages as may be necessary to cause the Host Committee to comply with the terms, conditions, provisions and requirements of the Host Committee’s current and future agreements with, and obligations to, (a) FIFA, (b) national, state, county and local governments and governmental and quasi-governmental agencies and entities, (c) sponsors and (d) donors, as applicable (the foregoing clauses (a) – (d), collectively and individually, an “MHC Obligee”), and the Host Committee’s rights set forth therein, whether or not evidenced by a mutually executed written agreement, as such agreement(s), obligation(s), and right(s) may be amended or modified from time to time, including, without limitation, with respect to delivery of notice to and receipt of approval from the applicable MHC Obligee, as the case may be (collectively and individually, the “Host Committee Rights and Obligations”) (See Attachment A). The insurance coverages in Attachment A are provided for example purposes only and are subject to change. All coverages will be written and placed in accordance with the Host Committee Rights and Obligations and all applicable governing laws, rules and regulations.
General Risk Management Services
The selected insurance broker shall provide risk management services to, and for the benefit of, the Host Committee at such times as determined by the Host Committee in its sole and absolute discretion. Such risk management services may include, but are not limited to:
- Advise as to the procedures, negotiations, claims resolution, and types and levels of insurance coverage required by each MHC Obligee, the Host Committee and the Host Committee’s customers, tenants, vendors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors and other third parties, as applicable;
- Provide advice about and assist with preparing and obtaining requisite approvals and filings;
- Assist with the scheduling of events for timely procurement of insurance policies;• Advise as to potential cost-saving techniques and other risk management matters related to the procurement of insurance coverages and any alternative risk funding methods;
- Assist with the preparation of insurance specifications;
- Verify and evaluate, as needed, insurance coverages of the Host Committee’s customers, tenants, vendors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors and other third parties, as applicable;
- Seek various alternatives and options for the handling of risks through the varied forms of insurance, deductibles, etc.;
- Interpret and explain insurance coverages and offer professional advice about such insurance programs;
- Coordinate loss control requests from insurance providers;
- Obtain proper return premiums, when required, and validate any additional premiums for accuracy;
- Provide input regarding coverage issues outside of regular insurance program(s);
- Conduct on-site meetings with the Host Committee to present initial enrollment/application and subsequent renewal proposals and discuss options regarding same;
- Attend meetings as requested by the Host Committee;
- Give presentations to the Host Committee’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee;
- Issue all certificates of additional insurers within one day of request (unless a shorter time is required due to an emergency);
- Work with the Host Committee’s legal counsel and auditors and provide information and expertise as requested thereby; and
- Assist with other ancillary services related to the foregoing as and when requested by the Host Committee.
Other Contractual Requirements
The successful proposer must comply with the following:
- Agreement to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of employees & subcontracted staff and vendors;
- Agreement to adhere to and comply with the Host Committee Rights and Obligations (including, without limitation, FIFA’s Sustainable Sourcing Code and Human Rights Framework) and the rules, regulations and requirements of applicable national, state, county and local governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
RFP - Clean Zone Wallscapes & Building Wrap Deliverables
SCOPE OF WORK
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for a company to work with the Host Committee with the expertise to maximize the Clean Zone commercial opportunity through Wallscapes and building wraps, by:
Identify Potential Assets: Survey the Clean Zone for viable building façades for large-format advertising; assess location visibility, foot traffic, and commercial value.
Secure Permissions & Permits: The Miami HC will obtain required municipal and building permits; the partner will negotiate and secure agreements with property owners, managers, and HOAs.
Define Specifications: Provide technical specifications for all installations, including materials, dimensions, and safety considerations.
Evaluation and Commercialization: showing knowledge of OOH assets and special permits through detailed imparable assets assessment and understanding of the current marketplace. Additionally, supporting the Miami HC in the commercialization of the identified assets.
Business Model Development: Propose a comprehensive revenue model including estimated installation and operational costs per asset, projected sales value of advertising inventory, and recommended revenue share structure with the Host Committee.
IMPORTANT: The revenue share model must be based on gross revenue.

Sustainability and compliance
Looking for an agency partner to support the branding of the chosen VIP hotels and build out the FIFA Club concept within them. This includes developing and implementing the creative strategy, producing and installing branded assets such as signage and wayfinding, and delivering the FIFA Club as a premium, private space where guests can work, socialize, and relax. The hotels will provide hospitality and F&B service, while the agency ensures all touchpoints are cohesive, immersive, and aligned with the FIFA brand identity.

- Scope of Services
- Provide trained, licensed, and professional chauffeurs and drivers for VIP and VIK fleet vehicles.
- Deliver reliable, punctual, and discreet transport for FIFA executives, VIPs, teams, referees, and staff.
- Ensure 24/7 coverage across host cities during pre-tournament, tournament, and post-tournament phases.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance checks and report incidents in real time.
- Maintain communication with the FIFA Fleet Control Center or Dispatch team.
- Follow all national, state/provincial, and local driving and safety laws.
- Staffing & Coordination
- Provide a comprehensive Staffing Plan to manage/coordinate the delivery of the project, including but not limited to: Drivers Recruitment, Drivers Rostering, Operational Daily coordination (on-site), Drivers Payroll and Benefits, and Issue resolution on the mentioned topics.
- The Staffing Plan must assign Onsite Chauffeur or Driver Coordinators in each host city Depot as the main contact with the Event Transport team on Daily Operations.
- Assign one Project Manager per country, responsible for oversight and communication with FIFA.
- Maintain reserve ratios for Drivers backup: 15% in the U.S., 10% in Canada, and 10% in Mexico.
- Coordinators must attend FIFA training in May 2026 and remain in position during the event.
- Qualifications & Licensing
- Minimum 25 years of age.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience (chauffeurs 7+, drivers 5+).
- Clean driving and criminal record.
- Valid local driver’s license (U.S. Class D or higher; Canada Class G or equivalent; Mexico Type A or B).
- Mandatory drug and alcohol screening.
- Bilingual requirement varies: English for the U.S., English/French for Canada, Spanish/English for Mexico.
- Training Requirements
- FIFA/FWC26 induction and code of conduct.
- Defensive and security awareness driving training.
- Route and venue familiarization in host cities.
- Protocol, etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Use of FIFA dispatch or driver app for GPS tracking and reporting.
- Service Standards
- Arrive 5 minutes before Check In time.
- Full Adherence to FIFA Operational Policies and Procedures
- Maintain clean, stocked, and climate-controlled vehicles.
- Assist passengers with doors and luggage when required.
- Maintain constant communication with Dispatch and report issues promptly.
- Meet minimum 95% client satisfaction and zero preventable accidents.
- Chauffeurs: black suit, white shirt, black tie, black shoes, FIFA ID badge.
- Drivers: FIFA-issued uniform with trousers and ID badge.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Smoking, alcohol, or unauthorized stops are not allowed.
- Safety, Security, and Reporting
- Comply with FIFA and local security protocols.
- Use secure and approved routes and staging areas.
- Enable real-time GPS monitoring and daily reporting.
- Submit incident reports within 12 hours.
- Provide daily and end-of-event reports as required.
- Deliverables and KPIs
- 100% schedule adherence.
- Zero preventable accidents.
- 95% or higher client satisfaction.
- 100% incident and reporting compliance.
- 98% on-time performance.
- Pricing Requirements
- Provide rates per chauffeur or driver for:
- 8-hour shift per day.
- 12-Hours Shift per Day
- 16-hour shift per day.
- Overtime Hourly Rate
- Include rates for on-call or standby coverage and VIP surcharges.
- All rates must include wages, benefits, insurance, administration, and uniforms.
- Country-Specific Notes
- United States: DOT Hours of Service rules, TSA clearance where required, coordination with Secret Service, English mandatory.
- Canada: Provincial regulations, bilingual English/French preferred, weather and road condition readiness, local police coordination.
- Mexico: SEMOVI and federal transport compliance, mandatory bilingual staff (Spanish/English), enhanced security awareness, and coordination with local/presidential police.

Scope of Work
- Provide coach buses (55 seats), minibuses (30 seats), and large vans (14 seats) as per FIFA’s daily operational schedule.
- Deliver services on a “bus day” basis (fully fueled, insured, cleaned, commissioned)
- Support operations across airport transfers, hotel–stadium/training shuttles, referee buses, media and staff shuttles, and team base camp hotels.
- Operate depot and dispatch centers with 24/7 communication and contingency response.
- Meet requirements for urgent requests and last-minute changes.
Vehicle & Compliance Standards
- Vehicles must meet 2023–2026 model years (with exceptions for refurbished, emissions-compliant buses).
- Must comply with EPA 2010 emission standards and FIFA sustainability guidelines.
- Equipped with: reclining seats, seatbelts, A/C, Wi-Fi, USB/power outlets, GPS tracking (accessible to FWC26 HQ), PA systems, and LCD screens (coach/minibus).
- Branding flexibility: vehicles must allow FIFA and commercial partner logos/wraps.
Driver & Staff Standards
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL) and relevant professional experience required.
- English proficiency mandatory; local city knowledge expected.
- Drivers to undergo mandatory training (customer service, hygiene, route familiarization, FIFA protocols).
- Uniformed, professional conduct at all times.
- Service provider must ensure welfare compliance (rest breaks, meals, water provision).
- Supervisors and depot staff must support daily operations and use FIFA’s transport app.
Operational Requirements
- Daily cleaning, fueling, and maintenance of buses.
- GPS-enabled tracking and reporting of mileage, fuel, and sustainability metrics.
- Replacement vehicle of equal or better standard within 1 hour in case of breakdown/incident.
- Real-time coordination with FIFA Bus Operations Centre.
- Accreditation compliance: the supplier must provide all driver/staff details for FIFA clearance.
